I bought some Sitka spruce lumber from them and it really is a premium product which I needed because I am using the Sitka to build a harpsichords soundboard. Quality wood for the soundboard of an instrument is a necessity.Thanks again !!

I’ve worked with Noah’s several times over the last two years and every time has been nothing but pleasant. They’re super helpful over the phone and their website is easy to use/order. Shipments have gone out and arrived quickly. Overall just a good place to shop.

I ordered a 1/2 sheet of teak and holly plywood with a specific cut for repairing a cabin sole. The item was delivered exactly as specified by standard shipping, which saved a lot of money. I highly recommend this company

Sent an email asking for help bringing my canoe back to life. Received a reply the next morning with a list of materials and instructions to follow. Placed my order a week later. It was promptly shipped and actually arrived the next day (I live in Toronto). My schedule and the weather finally lined up and I took on the project. I will definitely be returning to Noah's Marine for my canoe needs.

Called at 9am and spoke to a kind of grumpy gentleman. After explaining my project and lack of fiberglass experience. I was told to send pics in an email and the gentleman would put together a product and tool list for me by the afternoon. Didn't hear anything, so I called before they closed, left message. Called the next day, no answer. Left message again. If your project is on a tight deadline Noahs Marine is probably not for you.

Product arrived weeks late after paying for 1 day shipping. Assumed product was lost in the mail and when I contacted Noah’s they accused me of purposely choosing USPS to defraud them of product. Was told that they’d refund for the lost shipment. That never happened. Tried ordering a replacement, but that ended up shipping late as well. Terrible business experience. Worst customer service.Response to Noah’s reply:“What are you gonna do with this stuff if you actually get it? Are you going to use it?!”And…“You chose USPS when there were other options.”I contacted USPS on the 24th to track down the package which was sent one day priority after it was already 4 days late. I did not hear back from USPS until September 4th. I contacted you and requested that you file an insured loss. You replied:“Let’s give it until the end of the week.”I did. In fact, I gave it until the beginning of the following week. I called again on the 25th to get the situation resolved to which I was told:“We’ll have our shipping department contact you.”That never happened. You get a one star review because you placed blame on the customer and because you failed to follow up on your own words (aka you lied). You get a one star review because I needed the product quickly and when there was a clear issue with delivery you sat on it and lied to me. There is also a week’s lag time between when you ship the package in Canada before it arrives with the carrier in the USA. When I ordered a replacement to be shipped Fedex on August 26th, it was not shipped until the following week on September 2nd.At the very least, considering I paid for 1 day priority shipping, you should refund me the shipping cost after it took the product 3 weeks to arrive. The fact that you are here trying to excuse yourself instead of trying to rectify the mishap - one star review.
